Drivers use the location code or QR code on the sign, confirm the car park, enter their registration and choose a stay. They check the summary before paying and receive an email receipt.
Where the car park permits it, the receipt link lets them extend before the session expires.

Our support portal accepts requests 24 hours a day. Telephone support is available during working hours. Drivers have a dedicated support route for receipt, registration and payment queries.
