Why we built BuzzPay
Paying for a short stay shouldn’t mean downloading another app or creating another account. In coastal towns and visitor destinations, that extra setup can get in the way of a simple task.
We built BuzzPay around a direct browser-based journey: find the location, enter the registration, choose a stay and pay. Behind those steps, the platform connects payments, email receipts and parking-session records.
Supporting councils and car park operators
BuzzPay works with Cornwall Council, town and parish councils, and private car park operators to make parking payments straightforward for drivers and practical for the teams managing each site.
Available at 74 locations across Cornwall, BuzzPay continues to roll out to new locations across the South West.

A driver sees a payment page. Behind it, BuzzPay links their payment to a location, registration and parking period, sends their receipt and supports enforcement checks.
Our Zatpark integration connects that information to an existing enforcement workflow. We can develop connections to other enforcement and business systems with the providers involved.
The payment platform runs on serverless technology, with a strong uptime record across four years of service. We continue to maintain and develop the systems behind each parking session.
