Getting started
No. Buzzpay is completely app-free and doesn’t require an account. Just enter the code, pay, and you’re done.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, and where supported you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed over SSL by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We don’t see or store your full card details – they are handled securely by the payment system.
Always check the web address in your browser starts with www.buzzpay.co.uk or m.buzzpay.co.uk and that you can see the padlock icon. If you’ve followed a QR code or link and you’re unsure, you can go directly to www.buzzpay.co.uk and enter the car park code manually, or contact us.
If mobile data is weak, note down the location code and complete your payment from an area with a better signal.
Payments & receipts
Your payment confirmation email normally arrives within a few seconds. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Yes. Your email receipt includes the details you need for VAT and expense claims.
Yes. As long as you enter the correct vehicle registration, you can pay for any vehicle.
During your stay
Yes. You can reopen the original payment link or use the link in your receipt email to extend your stay.
Yes. You may come and go during your paid period as long as your vehicle is covered while parked.
You must have an active paid session whenever your vehicle is parked. If you stay longer than planned, please extend your session as soon as possible.
Fixing mistakes & issues
Buy a new ticket with the correct registration, then contact us with both registrations. We will refund the incorrect one.
Double-check the digits on the sign. If it still doesn’t work, go to m.buzzpay.co.uk and select the car park from the list instead.
If you paid in error, please contact us with your registration and the time of payment. We may be able to help if the session hasn’t been used.
Data & enforcement
We only use your information to process your payment and send your receipt. We never sell personal data to third parties.
Parking enforcement teams can verify valid sessions using your vehicle registration, so there is no need to display a paper ticket.
